Austin, TX
2-Story High-End 7,000SF Ground Up Student Center and 15,000SF Dining Hall; Live Oak Construction completed the exterior and interior metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, and acoustical systems. This project had a nice mix of exposed deck scenarios with floating ceilings, along with plenty of extruded aluminum terminations at substrate transitions and corners.
