This project consists of a 41,000SF renovation of multiple areas including ICU Pods A & B (16 beds), Core A Operating Rooms (12 beds), PACU (27 beds), and Observation Unit (9 beds) & Lobby/Office.
All of these projects occurred while the hospital remained open and fully functional, and our scope of work was multi-phased occurring on two levels of the hospital. Infection control and safety remained the focus while Live Oak Construction completed the interior metal stud framing, blocking, drywall, insulation, frames, doors, and acoustical systems.
